Terms and Conditions — Bet Jili Pakistan Gaming Platform

1Introduction

Welcome to bet jili. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the bet jili website, mobile platform and all associated services (collectively referred to as "the Platform"). Bet jili is operated for the benefit of users in Pakistan and all content, functionality and payment infrastructure is configured specifically for Pakistani players.

2Eligibility

To create an account and use the bet jili Platform, you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bet jili takes age verification seriously — accounts found to belong to minors will be permanently closed and any funds returned to the original payment source.
• You must be a resident of or physically located in Pakistan at the time of registration and while using the Platform.
• You must be legally permitted under the laws applicable to you to participate in online gaming and betting activities.
• You must not be self-excluded from bet jili or any related gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must not already hold another active bet jili account. Only one account per person is permitted — see Section 3 for details.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons under legal guardianship or those lacking capacity may not register.

3Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on bet jili. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to claim multiple bonuses or unintentionally — are a breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, bet jili will close all but the original account, void any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts, and may withhold any associated winnings.

Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate and complete information when registering, including your legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport, a valid Pakistani mobile number and a working email address. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension without refund of deposits.

Account Security

You are responsible for keeping your bet jili account credentials secure. Your password must not be shared with any other person. Bet jili will never ask for your password via email, phone or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately. Bet jili is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.

Identity Verification (KYC)

Bet jili operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to verify your identity before withdrawal by submitting a copy of your CNIC and proof of your registered payment method. KYC is a one-time process for most players and typically completes within 24 hours of document submission.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on bet jili are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no conversion is applied. The following payment methods are supported:

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. KYC verification must be complete before a withdrawal request can be processed. Bet jili does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.

Processing Times

Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically process within 10 minutes. Bank transfers (IBFT) are settled within the same business day during banking hours. Visa/Mastercard withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on your issuing bank.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Bet jili offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. These are subject to the following general conditions unless individual promotion terms specify otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your bet jili wallet automatically upon meeting the trigger condition (e.g. first deposit, referral activation).
• All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn. The standard wagering requirement is 10× the bonus amount unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of the bonus credit. Unused bonus funds expire after this period.
• Bonus funds may only be used on games within the bet jili lobby. Live dealer table contributions toward wagering requirements may differ from standard game contributions — check the specific promotion page for details.
• Bet jili reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or cancel the associated wagering progress if misuse is detected, including but not limited to exploiting game mechanics with zero or minimal risk bets to clear wagering requirements.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion once unless stated otherwise. Using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion is prohibited.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game outcomes on the bet jili platform are final once confirmed. The following general rules apply across all games and betting markets:

Bet Acceptance

Bet jili reserves the right to reject or limit any bet at its discretion. Bets placed after a market has been suspended are void. In the event of a technical failure during a game or bet, the bet jili decision on the outcome shall be final.

Game Fairness

All RNG (Random Number Generator) digital games on bet jili are certified by independent third-party auditors to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are operated under regulated studio conditions with professional dealers. Results from any session can be reviewed in your account history.

Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software malfunction, human error or technical failure that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, bet jili reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's wallet. Cricket Betting

Cricket markets on bet jili are settled based on official scorecards as provided by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC etc.). In-play bets are settled on the state of play at the time the bet is confirmed, not at the time the player initiated the bet placement.

7Referral Programme

The bet jili Refer a Friend programme allows registered players to earn PKR rewards by introducing new players to the platform. The following conditions apply:

• Referral rewards are paid when the referred person registers using your unique referral link and makes a qualifying first deposit of at least Rs 200.
• Each referred person must be a new, unique individual with no prior bet jili account. Referrals from the same household or device may be subject to additional verification.
• Self-referral — creating secondary accounts to earn referral rewards — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms. All associated accounts will be closed and any rewards voided.
• Referral rewards are credited to the referring player's wallet automatically. These funds are not subject to a wagering requirement and may be withdrawn immediately subject to standard withdrawal conditions.
• Bet jili reserves the right to modify the referral reward amount, tier structure or programme conditions at any time with 7 days' notice published on the referral page.
• Tier progression (Bronze, Silver, Gold, VIP Diamond) is calculated on cumulative successful referrals and does not reset monthly. The monthly bonus percentage applied to referral tier holders is recalculated at the start of each calendar month.

8Responsible Gaming

Bet jili is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We provide tools to help you stay in control of your gaming activity at all times. You can access these from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Increases take effect after a 7-day cooling-off period.

• Using fraudulent, stolen or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.

• Sharing account access with any other person, including family members.

10Intellectual Property

All content on the bet jili Platform — including but not limited to logos, brand names, game graphics, page designs, software, text and images — is the property of bet jili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without prior written permission from bet jili. Scraping, data mining or extracting information from the Platform by automated means is strictly prohibited.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet jili's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited to the value of your account balance at the time the relevant claim arises.

Bet jili is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated winnings that do not arise from a confirmed bet outcome.
• Losses caused by internet connectivity issues, device failures or network interruptions that are beyond bet jili's reasonable control.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (Easypaisa, JazzCash, banks etc.).
• Any indirect, special or consequential loss arising from the use of the Platform.

Nothing in these Terms limits bet jili's liability for fraud, gross negligence or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12Account Suspension and Closure

Bet jili reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable belief that the account holder has breached these Terms. In cases where suspension is implemented:

• You will be notified by email or account notification at the time of suspension, unless the suspension is part of an ongoing investigation that notification would compromise.
• Any withdrawable balance confirmed as legitimately yours at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method after investigation, typically within 14 days.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from prohibited activity will be voided.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting support. Your account balance will be returned to your payment method before closure is finalised.

13Privacy and Data

Bet jili collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By registering on bet jili, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

14Changes to These Terms
